4. Clinic and patient data responsibility
The clinic using the platform is responsible for its patient and lead data, treatment-related decisions, consent, local compliance, and how staff use information inside the clinic.
5. AI receptionist limitations
AI responses are for administrative and lead handling support only. Clinic users are responsible for reviewing patient conversations and handling treatment decisions.
6. No medical diagnosis
Dental Lead CRM is not a medical provider. The AI receptionist must not be used as a replacement for licensed dental advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency care.
7. Channel integrations
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Resend, and other integrations are third-party services. A clinic is responsible for authorizing and managing the integrations it chooses to connect.
8. Acceptable use
Users must use the platform lawfully and responsibly. They must not misuse messaging tools, send unlawful content, interfere with system security, or use the platform in a way that harms others.
9. Payment and subscriptions
Subscription terms, billing periods, limits, and pricing depend on the active plan selected by the account. Paid features may be limited or paused if payment obligations are not met.
10. Service availability
